What to include in your enquiry.

None of this is compulsory — but each answer removes a round of back-and-forth, and together they let us confirm categories, access and a collection slot in the first reply.

    Rough item counts, by category

    Desktops, laptops, monitors, servers, networking gear, batteries, cabling — an approximation is enough. “40 desktops and 2 pallets of mixed cable” tells us more than a total weight would.

    Site location and access

    The city or area, plus anything that shapes the loading plan: floor level, lift availability, dock or gate restrictions, and whether the material is already staged in one place.

    Whether data destruction is needed

    Flag any drives or storage media that must be physically destroyed. This has to be requested up front so it is built into the collection, rather than raised on the day.

    Preferred dates

    A window works fine. If the clear-out is tied to an office move, an audit or a lease end, tell us the fixed date you are working back from.

  • 05

    Who we should speak to on site

    A facilities or IT contact who can confirm access and hand the material over, if that is someone other than you.

Collection and dismantling both run out of our principal place of business on the Hapur Road industrial belt in Meerut — which is also the address on our GST registration, and a site you can visit before committing to a pickup.
